[00:00] Willow: "Thank you for joining us on another meditation, brought to you by MindCalmr. I am Willow, your host for this episode and guide to BSS meditation. Please ensure you're wearing headphones, and make yourself comfortable for the next 4 minutes."

[00:20] Willow: "In this episode, we will focus on a quick hit of BSS. You will notice that you can get clarity and let go of things quite quickly. You can use this episode whenever you need a quick release after a tough situation. Please make sure that you have listened to episode 9 before trying this one. Let’s get started."

[00:50] Willow: "Think of what is bothering you, or what you want to let go of. You will hear 35 seconds of bilateral sound stimulation, BSS."

[01:00] Willow: "Then there will be a silent pause for 10 seconds. In that pause say out loud whatever thought, word, feeling, or memory comes to mind. Just say it out loud."

[01:30] Willow: "There will be 9 rounds of BSS and pauses. If a new belief forms in that time, just say that out loud in the last 3 rounds. I will guide you when to notice the belief forming."

[01:35] BSS plays (30 seconds)
[02:05] 10 seconds silence

[02:15] BSS plays (30 seconds)
[02:45] 10 seconds silence

(Repeat the above 4 more times)

[04:05] Willow: "You might notice that new, positive belief forming about your situation. Just allow that to happen."

[04:15] BSS plays (30 seconds)
[04:45] 10 seconds silence

(Repeat the above 2 more times)

[05:45] Willow: "If a new belief has formed, then say it over and over in your mind as the music plays. This helps to set the new, positive belief deeply in your mind."

[06:00] Willow: "Whether you have formed a new belief or not, just notice how different your body feels in the next three rounds. You do not need to say anything out loud in the pauses, unless you want to."

[06:40] 10 seconds silence

[07:40] Willow: "Now take a deep breath in and out. Say out loud what feels different from before you began."
